The Politics of Representation on Asian Stereotypes




When you think of Asian, the first thing that comes into mind is a chinky eyed person, more of an Oriental look. Understandably, this stereotyping exists since for numerous millennia, Chinese civilization has already exist. But we have to bear in mind that Asia is the largest continent and has more or less 60 countries and of different races. There is indeed a politics of representation on this stereotyping since only Oriental countries mostly represents the Asian stereotyping. On this note, we would like to explore other countries in Asia, and of other race.


We would like to address the stereotyping by exploring the hotness of these models.
